Returns and Exchanges

If you purchased your LifeSource product from a reseller, please return your product to that reseller under their return policy.  LifeSource will not honor returns for items purchased at retailer locations or other websites.

LifeSource has a 30 day return policy for products purchased directly from https://lifesourcecanada.com only.  You may return your LifeSource products within 30 days of the receipt of your product for a full refund of the price of the product.  Shipping is only refundable in the case of LifeSource error.  Shipping will not be refunded for sizing or personal taste issues, or if the consumer has changed their mind.  The consumer is responsible for return shipping charges except in the case of LifeSource error.

No refunds will be made after 30 days after the consumer receives the product (according to the tracking details).

To return an item purchased, you must first have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.  Returns without an RMA# may be refused.  For further instructions, please contact us.

LifeSource recommends insuring all packages that are returned, as LifeSource is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

To make an “exchange”, please follow the return process listed above and place a second order for the new item you wish to receive.  The second order may be placed before or after credit has been received for the original item, at the consumer’s preference.
