Pilot Telehealth Program Helps Patients Track & Monitor Chronic Illnesses

January 24, 2019 – Frederick, MD – As chronicled by Local DVM News, the Frederick Memorial Hospital (FMH) has been piloting a successful telehealth program that provides patients with a tablet and home monitoring devices to help track their chronic illnesses with their healthcare providers.  Watch the video below to see how William Van Winkle completes a routine vitals check every day.
